Patient Experience
When and Where?
Once a user is invited to onboard Othena, the Othena Patient App helps them choose smartly on when and where they wish to schedule an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine.
Paperless Check-In
The Othena Patient app minimizes unnecessary exposure risk, and save time for everyone at the vaccination site. Prior to the day off vaccination, A public user can complete their check-in profile, by adding their contact information, taking a pre-vaccination assessment, and digitally sign their consent for accepting the COVID-19 vaccine.
Vaccination Record On the Go
In addition to the CDC vaccination record card, you will have a digital record of your vaccination appointments on the Othena Patient App within 24 hours. All necessary information will be recorded.
Clinic Admin Experience
Enroll and Set up clinic
Public healthcare agencies and hospital groups, can easily set up clinic locations, and enroll groups of patients as vaccine allocations rolle out.
Conversely, qualifying organizations, such as long term care facilities can also set up Patient Group, and request mobile clinic groups vaccinate their members.
Daily Appointment Management
The Othena Provider App allows clinic administrators to track how many appointment are given in comparison to vaccine storage in each day. This helps a clinic site fine-tune the number of appointments it is able to give out, and minimize wasted vaccines. This is also where a Clinic Admin can perform a final check of all vaccination records before performing a one-click-upload to the California Immunization Registry.
Provider Experience
Easy Patient Look up
The Othena app allows a provider or reception staff to look up and check in patients with appointments. For those who were unable to use the Othena Patient app for whatever reason, the provider can help patient check-in on the spot.
Contactless Check-In
As patient can complete check-in profiles beforehand on their Patient App, the Othena Provider app also allows a provider or reception staff to confirm all necessary check-in documents, as well as personal details before the patient receives a vaccine.
